Ingredients:

  • 2 12 oz cans Hereford Roast Beef with Gravy, drain gravy and shred meat with fork
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 TBL Mexican chili powder
  • 1 TBL olive oil
  • 2 TBL lime juice
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 10 tostada shells
  • 1 Cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 Cup salsa
  • 1 lg chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 Cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. In a 4 quart saucepan, mix pepper, garlic, chili powder, oil, lime juice, salt, and roast beef.
  2. Heat on medium until desired temperature is reached.
  3. Place 1/3 cup of beef mixture on each tostada shell.
  4. Top with lettuce, cheese, salsa, chili pepper, and sour cream.
