Ingredients:

  • 1 12 oz can Hereford Roast Beef with Gravy
  • 1 Cup onions, chopped
  • 1 TBL butter
  • 5 Cups potatoes, largely diced
  • 2 Cups carrots, chopped
  • 1 sq beef bouillon cube
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
  • 3 Cups water
  • 1 loaf warm bread

Directions:

  1. Sauté the onions in butter until soft.
  2. Add all of the other ingredients in a saucepan, add 3 cups water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 35 minutes.
  3. Serve hot with warm, crusty bread.
