Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place onions, oil, and brown sugar in a 4 quart saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Stir until onions start to brown.
  3. Stir in vinegar and Hereford Roast Beef with Gravy and continue to heat to desired temperature.
  4. Prepare egg noodles as directed on package, drain and place on individual plates.
  5. Cover each plate of noodles with an equal amount of the beef mixture.

Made it today for my mom and I, was very good we both enjoyed it. Didn’t have the noodles on hand, so just made it as a side dish with a baked potato and navy beans. Tasty! Reminds me of German Sauerbraten in a way, only better and much quicker. Would be good over white rice as well.
