Ingredients:

  • 1 12 oz can Hereford Roast Beef in Gravy
  • 1 TBL cooking oil
  • 1 TBL minced garlic
  • 1 TBL dry oregano
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ Cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ Cup shredded cucumber
  • 1 tsp dill
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 Pita bread pockets
  • Sliced red onion to serve
  • Sliced tomato to serve

Directions:

  1. Heat skillet to medium heat and add oil and garlic.
  2. Cook until aromatic.
  3. Stir in oregano, onion powder, and roast beef.
  4. Heat through.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, shredded cucumber, dill, and salt
  6. Prepare bread pockets by slicing in half and opening.
  7. Fill each pocket with warm meat, a couple of onion, and tomato slices.
  8. Drizzle each sandwich with yogurt dressing.
