Meatball Italian bake

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages Hereford Meatballs with Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 15oz container ricotta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 16oz box of ziti pasta, prepared
  • 14.5oz can petite diced Italian seasoned tomatoes
  • 15oz can tomato sauce
  • 2 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh minced parsley for serving

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. In a small bowl mix together garlic, ricotta, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lightly grease a 9’X13” baking dish. Place pasta into baking dish.
  4. Top evenly with dollops of ricotta mixture, tomatoes, and then meatballs with sauce. Add extra tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is starting to color.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley to serve.
