Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375F. Clean jalapeños and slice lengthwise halfway through. Remove seeds.
  2. Fill each jalapeño with cream cheese and Hereford Smoked Brisket, dividing ingredients evenly between each jalapeño.
  3. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño in bacon. Secure with toothpick if needed.
  4. Place jalapeños on baking pan. Cook for 20 minutes then remove pan and carefully turn each jalapeño to cook the other side up.
  5. Brush each jalapeño with BBQ sauce and place back in oven to bake for another 10 minutes or until sauce has caramelized and bacon is done to your liking.
  6. Remove from oven. Cool 5-7 minutes before serving.
