Summer Sandwich with Luncheon Meat Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 12oz can Hereford Luncheon Meat
  • 1 TBL grainy brown mustard
  • 1 TBL honey
  • 2 TBL mayo
  • 6 hoagie rolls, sliced lengthwise
  • 6 slices provolone
  • 6 lettuce leaves (bib, romaine, iceberg, or leaf)
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • Hamburger sliced pickles
  • 1 red onion, sliced

Directions:

  1. Slice Hereford Luncheon meat into 12 slices.
  2. Quickly sear each side of sliced luncheon meat in a pan.
  3. Mix mustard, honey, and mayo until well combined.
  4. Spread mayo on each roll.
  5. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, meat slices, pickles, and onion.
