Ingredients:

  • 1 12 oz can Hereford Roast Beef and Gravy, gravy drained off
  • 2 TBL butter
  • ½ Cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 TBL cornstarch
  • 1 12oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables: corn, peas, carrots, beans
  • 1 TBL salt
  • 1 TBL ground black pepper
  • 1 tube of pre-made rolled puff pastry dough

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Heat skillet and add butter. When butter melts, add onion and cook until onions start to turn transparent.
  3. Add mixed vegetables, salt, and pepper to the sauté pan and cook until heated through.
  4. Add cornstarch and stir to coat vegetables.
  5. Add the drained roast beef to the vegetables and heat through.
  6. Place puff pastry on baking pan and try to keep square.
  7. Divide and cut the square into 4 evenly sized triangles.
  8. On each triangle, spread ¼ of the beef and vegetable mix over half of the puff pastry.
  9. Fold the pastry in half and use a folk to crimp the edges
  10. Bake for 30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Enjoy!
