Ingredients:

  • 12oz can Hereford Luncheon Meat
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup pickle relish
  • 1 TBL dill
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 8oz shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Warm cream cheese to soften.
  2. Mix cream cheese with relish and seasoning until well combined.
  3. Use a course cheese grater and grade the Hereford Luncheon Meat.
  4. Spread cream cheese mix evenly across each of the tortillas.
  5. Top each tortilla with luncheon meat and cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll the tortillas and slice cross wise to make pinwheels. Use toothpicks to secure if needed.
