Everyone loves a good grilled cheese, but when you add Hereford Beef Luncheon Loaf, this classic recipe becomes a weekly must-make recipe.

Ingredients:

4 packages Hereford Beef Luncheon Loaf
8 slices bread of choice
Butter, softened
8 slices cheddar cheese

Directions:

Butter one side of each slice of bread.
To begin sandwich construction, place one slice of bread butter side down and top with a slice of cheese. Cover cheese with Hereford Beef Luncheon Loaf. Cover luncheon meat with another slice of cheese. Finish sandwich with a piece of bread, butter side facing out.
Heat skillet over low-medium heat. Place sandwich into skillet. Carefully flip sandwich once bottom piece of bread is evenly toasted.
Once both sides of sandwich are toasted, remove from skillet and let cool slightly before cutting and serving.
