Ingredients:

  • 2 packages Hereford Spicy Seasoned Beef Crumbles
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups white rice, cooked

Directions:

  1. Add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger into skillet and cook over medium heat until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar. Cook until sugar is fully dissolved.
  3. Stir in Hereford Spicy Beef Crumbles until fully incorporated and cook until sauce thickens, 5-10 minutes.
  4. Mix half of the sliced green onions into mixture and remove from heat.
  5. Serve over hot, cooked rice and garnish with remaining green onions.
