Creamy beef rotini


  • 10oz package of Hereford Roast Beef with Gravy
  • 1 TBL olive oil
  • 1 TBL minced garlic
  • 10.5oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 servings cooked rotini pasta, reserve ½ Cup of cooking liquid
  • 1 TBL Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh grated parmesan
  • Fresh chopped parsley


  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil and garlic. Cook until fragrant, stirring to combine andcook evenly. Add seasoning and stir to combine.
  2. Add Hereford Roast Beef with Gravy and cream of mushroom soup. Stir to heat through and combine evenly.
  3. Add pasta and pasta water to skillet. Gently stir together and heat through.
  4. Season to taste. Serve topped with freshly grated cheese and parsley.
