  • 1 can Hereford Low Sodium Corned Beef
  • 1 TBL flour
  • 1 TBL water
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 14oz can sauerkraut, drained well
  • 5oz shredded Swiss cheese
  • Thousand Island dressing for serving


  1. Slice corned beef into 16 ½’’ strips.
  2. Mix flour and water to form a paste.
  3. On a clean work surface, lay out egg roll wrapper like a diamond. Place a strip of corned beef and 1 TBL sauerkraut and 1 TBL cheese down the center. Wrap bottom corner up and top corner down over the filling. Then wrap one side corner in.
  4. Brush flour paste on remaining corner and fold into seal contents. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  5. Using an air fryer or deep fryer, cook at 350F for 7 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool for five minutes before serving. Serve with Thousand Island dressing as a dipping sauce.
