  • 1 package Hereford Meatballs with Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 TBL olive oil
  • 1 TBL minced garlic
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, optional
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 1 TBL Italian seasoning
  • 10oz frozen spinach
  • 1/2 Cup water to rinse sauce from packet
  • 1 Cup of Half and Half
  • 4 Cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh shredded parmesan for serving


  1. Heat a heavy bottom soup pot over medium heat. Add oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, and onions.
  2. Cook, stirring constantly until fragrant.
  3. Add seasoning and spinach. Cook until spinach is warmed through.
  4. Add Hereford Meatballs with Spaghetti Sauce. Add water to meat packet and swish a little to get all the sauce and add to soup pot. Stir to combine. Slowly add cream while stirring.
  5. Once combined, add the beef broth. Heat through.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve topped with shredded parmesan.
