Here’s an easy twist on a classic—chili dogs! Top hot dogs with Hereford Chili Con Carne, red onion, and cheddar, and you’ll feel like you’re at the carnival. Try these at your next backyard cookout.

Ingredients:

2 packages Hereford Chili Con Carne
4 hotdogs
4 hotdog buns
Red onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Bring a pot of water to boil. Reduce heat and carefully add hotdogs to water. Simmer for 5 minutes or until hotdogs are warmed through.
Heat Hereford Chili Con Carne per package instructions.
Assemble chili dogs by placing warmed each hotdog in a hotdog bun, spooning chili con carne over the top, and sprinkling with shredded cheese and onion, as desired.
