This flavorful Beefy Chili Cheese Dip recipe is great for an after school snack or game day parties. All you need is Hereford Chili Con Carne and queso!

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Hereford Chili Con Carne
  • 20 oz shredded queso quesadilla (If you cannot find queso quesadilla, substitute with shredded Chihuahua or Monterey jack cheese)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Heat Hereford Chili Con Carne per package instructions. Once heated through, reserve ¼ cup for garnish and set aside.
  3. Remove from heat. Distribute Hereford Chili Con Carne evenly over bottom of skillet and top with cheese.
  4. Place skillet in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and garnish with reserved Hereford Chili Con Carne. Serve immediately with your favorite tortilla chips.
